Scholarships to study off-campus

Most study abroad program providers offer scholarships to students studying through their organization.  Make sure to examine your program’s website to see if this is the case.

There are also many other independent scholarships available.  Below is a list of search engines for study abroad scholarships.  Many of these allow searching for scholarships specifically for students attending programs in specific countries/regions, majoring in a certain field, etc., so they are a very useful resource.

Click on the sidebar titled “Scholarships for Undergraduate Study Abroad” for a list of scholarships Alma College students have used in the past, with brief descriptions and a link to the official scholarship site.
